Tour Overview:

Fall in New England is an incredible cornucopia of color, and during this trip we’ll be photographing some of the very best that New England has to offer. We will focus our time in Maine’s Acadia National Park. Acadia is one of the smaller of the major National Parks, but it is packed with a diverse variety of locations and a stunning array of photography potential. From dense hardwood forests in peak autumn color, to the famous rugged and rocky Atlantic coastline, Acadia will not disappoint. We’ll stroll along charming wooded boardwalks and photograph fall colors along a myriad of streams, ponds, and lakes on Mt Desert Island.

While we will photograph some grand scenics, our attention will often shift to much smaller scenes. Acadia National Park is one of the richest places to hone skills in photographing intimate landscapes. We will practice creating order out of the natural chaos that exists in this northeastern forest landscape.
